I googled builders in Bismarck and came upon J.E. Builders..I liked the quality of their houses that I saw online. I called and talked with Jessica and set up an appointment to meet at their office. Everyone was kind and easy to work with. I picked out a lot and chose a house design and asked if I could change the design as I had some ideas I wanted to add to it. Jeran and his employees were totally accommodating and easy to work with and we came upon a design I was happy with... Everything went along smoothly in the building process with lots of communication back and forth.
I would highly recommend J.E. Builders..Jeran and his employees were wonderful to work with. Thanks to them I have a beautiful home to enjoy.

JE Builders has been exceptional! We purchased one of their inventory homes and have been so impressed with their warranty and their whole process. Their staff have been great to work with and truly take pride in assisting their customers. They think about the little things. I would only purchase their homes. Their employee, Shane, treats warranty projects as if it is his own home and takes pride in his work.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with J.E. Builders and listing some of their new construction homes. Their quality craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stand out, and it’s clear they put a lot of thought and care into every home they build. Their team is professional, responsive, and great to work with. I would highly recommend J.E. Builders to anyone looking to build or purchase a new construction home in the Bismarck-Mandan area.

Our experience with JE Builders was extremely positive. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the team that built it. From start to finish, their craftsmanship was excellent and every detail was handled with care. They were transparent and kept us informed throughout the project making it a stress free process. We’d gladly work with the JE team (Jeran, Jessica, Leroy, Nick) again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.

From the very beginning, I was drawn to J.E. Builders homes because of their high-quality construction, well-designed floor plans, and beautifully crafted finishes that truly stand out.

J.E. Builders was exceptional to work with from start to finish. Jeran and Jessica were both highly professional and consistently went the extra mile to make the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Jessica's attention to detail, dedication to her clients, and willingness to answer all of our questions and concerns made a lasting impression. She guided us through every step - from the initial meeting to the home inspection, walk through, builder trend, final touches, closing, and everything in between.

I would highly recommend J.E. Builders. Their entire team was a pleasure to work with, and thanks to them, we were able to purchase a beautiful home that we will enjoy for years to come.

We recently downsized and purchased a J.E. Builders patio twin home. I refer to this home as “small but mighty” it feels so spacious with the vaulted ceilings, big windows, and open floor plan. My favorite part of the home is the kitchen, it is thoughtfully laid out, and excellent quality finishes. The large island is great for gatherings! My husband loves the garage, the deep stall allows plenty of space for his big truck. It truly is a comfortable, quiet, solid built home. We are also super pleased with the customer service we have received, everyone is so friendly and quick to resolve issues that arise with new homes. We would, and have recommended J.E. Builders homes!

I am a local Realtor who works closely with home builders on a regular basis, and J.E. Builders has consistently been fantastic to work with from both a professional standpoint and on behalf of my clients. Every client I have worked with who has purchased a J.E. Builders home has been very satisfied with their experience. The most consistent feedback I receive is that they are easy to work with, take the time to listen, and never pressure clients into rushed decisions. Clients also frequently compliment the quality of their finishes, thoughtful designs, and clear, responsive communication.

In addition, I have received very positive feedback regarding their warranty program, with clients noting that J.E. Builders is easy to reach and addresses concerns promptly and professionally. Having worked with both exceptional and subpar builders throughout my career, I can confidently say that I highly recommend J.E. Builders to my clients!

J.E. homes is wonderful to work with. Jessica was amazingly by our side to help us pick out the things we needed and helped answer any of our questions. Nick paid great attention to detail and made sure all of our building experience was great. Jeran was straightforward about what the plans were and how much it would be to be able to build our home. I would go with them again if I built another home. I know homes grow and adjust but after living in the home 2 and half years there have been major issues finding its way to our home. The flooring in the upstairs has hollow spots, the grout is slowly coming out/bleeding of the custom shower. I know concrete cracks but it shouldn't end up hollow underneath it, so either drainage or compaction was not done right. All I can say make sure to hire and inspector before your warranty is done so you can catch this and dont end up with thousands in repair a couple years in. The front stone work even fell off because of improper installation. Which being a new home you trust that it is quality, which I say trust and go hire your own inspector.
