Our experience with JE Builders was extremely positive. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the team that built it. From start to finish, their craftsmanship was excellent and every detail was handled with care. They were transparent and kept us informed throughout the project making it a stress free process. From the very beginning, I was drawn to J.E. Builders homes because of their high-quality construction, well-designed floor plans, and beautifully crafted finishes that truly stand out. J.E. Builders was exceptional to work with from start to finish.  Jeran and Jessica were both highly professional and consistently went the extra mile to make the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.  Jessica's attention to detail, dedication to her clients, and willingness to answer all of our questions and concerns made a lasting impression.  She guided us through every step - from the initial meeting to the home inspection, walk through, builder trend, final touches, closing, and everything in between. I would highly recommend J.E. We recently downsized and purchased a J.E. Builders patio twin home. I refer to this home as “small but mighty” it feels so spacious with the vaulted ceilings, big windows, and open floor plan. My favorite part of the home is the kitchen, it is thoughtfully laid out, and excellent quality finishes. The large island is great for gatherings! My husband loves the garage, the deep stall allows plenty of space for his big truck. It truly is a comfortable, quiet, solid built home. We are also super pleased with the customer service we have received, everyone is so friendly and quick to resolve issues that arise with new homes. We would, and have recommended J.E. J.E. homes is wonderful to work with. Jessica was amazingly by our side to help us pick out the things we needed and helped answer any of our questions. Nick paid great attention to detail and made sure all of our building experience was great. Jeran was straightforward about what the plans were and how much it would be to be able to build our home. I would go with them again if I built another home. I know homes grow and adjust but after living in the home 2 and half years there have been major issues finding its way to our home. The flooring in the upstairs has hollow spots, the grout is slowly coming out/bleeding of the custom shower. I know concrete cracks but it shouldn't end up hollow underneath it, so either drainage or compaction was not done right. All I can say make sure to hire and inspector before your warranty is done so you can catch this and dont end up with thousands in repair a couple years in. The front stone work even fell off because of improper installation. Which being a new home you trust that it is quality, which I say trust and go hire your own inspector.

My wife and I are planning to build a new home in the near future  when we do, we will undoubtedly be using JE. Builders.  I’ve had the luxury of working with this team of pro’s through helping supply their highly in demand need for material to seeing them at the park with their families.  They are not just leading in style and innovation, but great people on top of it all. I feel like all clients of theirs should consider themselves lucky to have a team of people who still prioritize the satisfaction of their clients and their reputations over the all mighty dollar. We currently hired J.E. Builders to do a Take 5 Project for us in Bismarck ND, Great Company to work with, Prompt on the replies, kept the project on schedule even with some weather issues.  Great posting of the Daily job logs and pictures, great communications if there were any issues to keep the job on schedule.  Great people to work with which is hard to find in our industry.
